The DEI Steering Committee of ACG Philadelphia is hosting an invitation only dinner for PE Founders. 

Engage in a candid discussion about the role DEI plays in everything from fundraising to portfolio company talent, to exchange best practices, to learn about your challenges and approaches, and to understand how our initiative and mission can also support your goals.

Our initiative has led to meaningful engagement with the dedication of our committee and the full backing of the Board.  While metrics are not the only measure, we've grown our racial and ethnic membership diversity from 3% to 8% in the last year and identified more than 100 additional diverse dealmakers in our region interested in our community and mission.
