Vaccine Requirements for M&A East

All attendees must be fully vaccinated to attend M&A East events which includes Golf, DealSource and the Dealmakers' Bourbon Bash.

We are using Health Pass by Clear - a free, secure, and digital process to upload your vaccination information and verify your identity as this allows for uniform verification as well as contract tracing if necessary.

 We will not be able to accept a paper vaccine card or other form of verification 

Here's what you need:

• Smart Phone - For iPhone users, need an iPhone 10 or more current version; can also download app with iPad or Android.
  Ensure your ios is updated.

• Photo ID

• Vaccination Card

Instructions to get started

Enroll with CLEAR Health Pass at least 24 hours before the event. Complete pre-screening within 24 hours of the start of the event to get the 'green light' to attend.

1. Scan the QR Code or Download the free CLEAR app (Receive a one-time SMS to download the app)

2. Select “Have a  Code” and enter: EFATTENDEE33     (Same code for Golf & DealSource)

3. Follow the step by step instructions to complete your Health Pass – you’ll need a photo ID and vaccine card.

4. At event check-in, open the CLEAR app and click on 'Your Pass' so that a staff member can scan your QR code - it will look like the image to the right.
