This STL Emerging 20 educational session will focus on the makeup of a successful cross-functional M&A team. A panel presentation will feature representatives that play key roles in the M&A process in various functions, including accounting, legal, lending, investment banking, and private equity. Panelists will provide an overview of their primary functions within M&A and how these roles have changed over time. Additionally, panelists will discuss the makeup and attributes of a successful M&A team and how the various functions collaborate to successfully complete M&A transactions.
This will be a hybrid event. Participation is available in-person at The Saint Louis Club or virtually through Zoom. The panel presentation will be followed by a happy hour reception. This event is exclusively for the 2020-2021 STL Emerging 20 Class.
