Michael D. Lamm is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Corporate Advisory Solutions (CAS), a respected and fast-growing, independent investment and merchant banking firm that supports a select group of clients with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Washington D.C. Michael has closed over $2 billion in deal value across 125 M&A engagements in the tech-enabled outsourced business services sector, specifically in the contact center (call center), accounts receivable management (ARM) and healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industries. He oversees CAS’ M&A, valuation and advisory service lines while also charting the firm’s corporate direction and strategic growth plan. Prior to co-founding CAS, Michael spent 10 years at Kaulkin Ginsberg, a M&A advisory firm serving the ARM industry and closed over 70 transactions. Prior to Kaulkin Ginsberg, he co-founded a market accelerator/incubator (U.S.-Israel Business Exchange), helping early-stage Israeli technology companies obtain venture capital and develop a footprint in the U.S. Michael is actively involved in leading technology focused industry associations and a frequent guest speaker, writer and presenter at conferences and events in the call center, ARM and healthcare RCM industries. Michael holds an undergraduate degree in international studies from American University.
