Gregg Albert is a Managing Director in Accenture Strategy’s Global M&A practice. He is based in Philadelphia. Gregg has participated in 100+ transactional engagements across the M&A, Divestiture and JV Creation process.
Prior to joining Accenture Strategy, Gregg worked for a pure play consulting firm where he led numerous global transactional and strategic projects.
After business school, he joined DuPont’s Global M&A Finance team. He started his career in Venture Capital at Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield and Byers in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Albert serves as Senior Adjunct Professor of M&A Finance at Drexel University. Gregg holds an M.Phil in Philosophy from Oxford University (UK), an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Eric Weiss is an experienced Senior Manager in the Merger & Acquisition Strategy space, based in New York. Eric's work has focused on Target Screening, Due Diligence, Pre-Merger Strategy, and Post-Merger Integration.
Eric has worked in Asia, North America and Europe with leading organizations across industries, including Transportation, Consumer Packaged Goods, Utilities and Telecom, to identify M&A opportunities, execute debt and equity issuance, and provide merger integration support functions.
Eric received a Bachelor of Arts, with Honors, in both Economics and Philosophy from Bucknell University.
