Women's Networking Drinks: Nice Girls Don't Get The Corner Office

ACG Holland is hosting its first women's networking drinks. The theme we have selected for this launch event is 'Nice Girl's Don't Get The Corner Office', inspired by the book of the same name, by leadership coach Lois Frankel.

Our three guest speakers, Diny de Jong, Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory at ABN AMRO, Yvonne Rosina, Partner at PHAROS advocaten and Eva de Mol, Founder at De Mol Ventures will share personal stories inspired by the 133 'nice girl' mistakes that the writer implores us to overcome.

'The corner office' is a metaphor for achieving the career success you want and the evening promises to be inspiring, fun and definitely informative. Here's a sneak preview of what you can expect:

Mistake #13: Avoiding office politics. If you don't play the game, you can't possibly win.

Mistake #21: Multi-tasking. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should do it.

As to why we are launching this new platform within ACG Holland, we see an opportunity to create an informal network for professional women active in the Dutch deal community.
