Tom leads KPMG’s Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”) Tax practice in Pennsylvania. Tom joined KPMG in 2002 after working in the tax and business advisory practices of Arthur Andersen LLP and BDO Seidman LLP. Prior to such time, he worked in the corporate finance department of a Fortune 500 apparel retailer. He spent over four years in KPMG’s Philadelphia M&A Tax practice, was then seconded to the U.S. tax group in the U.K. member firm of KPMG International in September 2006, and in January 2010, Tom repatriated to KPMG’s M&A Tax practice in Philadelphia. Tom is also a lead partner in the KPMG US Inbound Tax Practice.

Richard joined Campbell as Vice President-Tax and Real Estate in March 2000. He reports to Anthony DiSilvestro, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Rich provides financial planning advice and transaction support services related to the company’s tax matters and real estate portfolio. He manages a team of 20 professionals. Rich and his team provide worldwide tax planning and advisory services to Campbell’s senior management, business units, and corporate functions. He also leads Campbell's Corporate Real Estate group, managing the strategic use of the company’s industrial, commercial, and retail real estate interests on a global basis.
