The focus of our next networking meeting, kindly sponsored by Atlas Tax Lawyers is deal making in the mid-market from a private equity perspective.

Our guest speaker is Dick Zeldenthuis, Managing Partner and co-founder of Active Capital Company. Active Capital invests in small- and medium sized companies headquartered in the Netherlands with revenues between €5M - €80M, which are active in industrial goods & services and (technical) wholesale. Besides new capital, Active Capital brings in operational and financial expertise taking temporary positions in management for maximum value creation. Recent acquisitions are Arnold Suhr and the Codi Group.

Dick will share Active Capital’s vision on investing in mid-market companies and why, as a logical consequence, this results in making a distinction between the deal team and the portfolio team.
