The Association for Corporate Growth, the global organization focused on driving middle-market growth, selected new officers and directors to serve on the Global Board of Directors for 2017-2018.
J.B. Dollison, from Crutchfield Capital and a member of ACG Houston, will serve as the 2017-2018 board chairman after serving as vice chairman. Dollison succeeds the 2016-2017 Chairman Jason Brown, of Victory Park Capital and a member of ACG Los Angeles, who will become ACG’s immediate past chairman.
"This has been a rewarding and challenging year. We are searching for a new CEO and, with the help of the board and the incredible Global staff, ACG continues to provide value to our members," said Brown. "J.B. is taking the reins at the right time. He has spearheaded ACG’s public policy efforts on Capitol Hill and has served as a leader on the board. He will do a fine job to set us on the right course during this year of transition."
"I am looking forward to serving as the ACG’s chairman. This year will be one of change and challenge with our focus centered on the mission of ACG – Driving Middle Market Growth," said Dollison. "With the support of the highly driven and capable ACG staff and volunteers, I expect we will further our ongoing public policy efforts, membership value and, of course, ACG’s signature events, such as InterGrowth and EuroGrowth."
In addition, Angela MacPhee, of RGL Forensics and a member of ACG Denver, will serve as the 2017-2018 vice chairman. MacPhee will succeed Dollison as the 2018-2019 board chairman. Brent Baxter, of Clayton Capital Partners and a member of ACG St. Louis, will serve as the chairman of finance and Gretchen Perkins, of Huron Capital Partners and a member of ACG Detroit, will serve as secretary.
