Case study: growth and optimisation from within

On behalf of Expense Reduction Analysts we are pleased to invite you to the next ACG Holland networking lunch meeting which will be held on Wednesday 20th September 2017.

The theme for this month's event is 'growth and optimisation from within' and our guest speaker Angela Dunnill, Operations Manager of Resmed UK, will talk about how rigorous cost analysis has helped her company to grow. Resmed develops, manufactures and distributes medical equipment for treating, diagnosing and managing sleep-disordered breathing and other respiratory disorders. Growing fast it had a turnover in 2016 of GBP 30 million.

Prior to the case study presentation, Will Marshall, Expense Reduction Analysts, Kent - UK will present findings and implications of recent European surveys conducted by Expense Reduction Analysts and by Deloitte and Touche.
