Sam Perryman

Sam Perryman serves as a Director in Marwood's performance improvement practice, supporting sponsor value creation efforts across the M&A lifecycle. He and his team advise on acquisition diligence and post-merger integration, help drive portfolio company commercial and operational excellence initiatives, and support exit positioning and preparation. Prior to joining Marwood, Sam served as CFO for IntusCare, a Deerfield-backed PACE and ACO technology company, and as an investment banker covering healthcare services. He has also held leadership positions across multiple health systems, responsible for corporate development, VBC, and Lean Six Sigma.
