ACG® Names Graeme Frazier and Andrew Greenberg as 2025 Legend Award Winners

March 3, 2025: CHICAGO —The Association for Corporate Growth^® announced today the winners of its prestigious ACG Legend Award: Graeme Frazier, president of PCR Partners, and Andrew Greenberg, chief executive officer of Greenberg Variations Capital.

The ACG Legend Award recognizes ACG members who demonstrate excellence in their fields, a longstanding commitment to ACG and meaningful contributions to the broader dealmaking community.

Together, Frazier and Greenberg launched GF Data, a reliable source of data on private M&A transactions, in 2006. Prior to that, M&A practitioners in the middle market generally relied on publicly reported data on larger deals or on private data with no consistent methodology. With GF Data, Frazier and Greenberg transformed how middle-market dealmakers access M&A intelligence. ACG acquired GF Data in 2022, and the platform has continued to grow its base of contributors and subscribers, who use the data to improve their valuation benchmarking and help set sellers’ expectations.

Frazier and Greenberg’s trusted relationships contributed to GF Data’s success and have also been central to their respective career pursuits—outsourced business development services in Frazier’s case, and tailored investment banking services in Greenberg’s. Both have attested to the pivotal role that ACG has played in building their network and establishing deep relationships within the middle-market M&A community.

Frazier and Greenberg will be recognized at ACG’s DealMAX^® conference at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on April 7-9.  The award will be presented during the general session on Monday, April 7, followed by an onstage interview moderated by Sarah Hammer, director of business development, Northeast, at Trivest Partners.

The spring edition of ACG’s Middle Market DealMaker magazine will feature a cover profile of Frazier and Greenberg. Copies will be available at DealMAX and will reach ACG members in early to mid-April.

The Legend Award winners are chosen by ACG’s board of directors with input from the ACG membership base and chapter network. Previous winners include Jay Jester of Plexus Capital in 2024 and Robert Landis of The Riverside Company in 2023.
