2025 BOLD M&A Summit

We’re combining two signature events—the BOLD Awards and the Private Equity Summit—into one marquee experience: the BOLD M&A Summit, debuting October 9.

This new event will bring together bold ideas, valuable insights, and top leaders from Minnesota’s business community. One highlight of the summit is the 2025 BOLD Awards, celebrating innovation, vision, and inspirational leadership.

The BOLD M&A Summit will also feature four dynamic panel discussions exploring the latest trends in mergers and acquisitions. Two panels will be tailored for private equity and family office professionals, while the other two will focus on insights for business owners navigating the M&A landscape.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect throughout the day—from networking breaks to the awards celebration, all capped off with a closing reception.
