The 2025 BOLD Awards are designed to honor and recognize innovation, bold visions, and inspirational moves made by leaders in Minnesota’s business community. These awards celebrate individuals and their teams—including M&A professionals, private equity investors, business owners, investment bankers, lawyers, bankers, and others—who have made significant contributions to positively grow, restructure, or enhance their companies for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Nominations will be considered from each organization category (by gross revenue):

Small and Growing ($0-$20 million in revenue)
Middle Market ($20-$250 million in revenue)
Large and Established ($250 million+ in revenue)

BOLDest Leader of the Year - The Boldest leader of the year award is a prestigious recognition given to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional courage, innovation, and leadership in their field. This award honors leaders who have fearlessly pursued their visions, taken calculated risks, and achieved remarkable accomplishments while inspiring others. The recipient of this award is someone who embodies BOLDness, resilience, and the ability to make a positive impact on society.

For those of you who are new to ACG Minnesota, we are a networking organization focused on growing the middle market through mergers and acquisitions, our nearly 300 local members are driving those deals! ACG Minnesota hosts almost 40 events in the Twin Cities every year, and the BOLD Awards is one of them that honors and highlights the innovative and inspirational organizations that make Minnesota great. This program celebrates the corporate leaders and teams that are behind successful mergers and acquisitions, financing and extraordinary strategies that lead to sustainability, remarkable performance and/or accelerated growth across all industries and size including not for profits. The judging process is intense and thorough, to whittle all nominations down to 18 finalists across 6 categories. The winners of each category are announced at our new marquee event, BOLD M&A Summit which takes place on October 9.
