The ACG St. Louis Women’s Peer Group invites you to join a panel discussion exploring how the new administration's proposed legislative changes could influence M&A activity in the coming year. Mallorie Francisco is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager with Bank of America’s Global Commercial Banking (GCB) group in St. Louis.

Within this role, she develops strategies to assist commercial clients, with revenues $50MM-$2BN annually, in growing their businesses domestically and globally, enhancing operational effectiveness, and accomplishing their company priorities. As the main point of contact for the client, she leads the Bank’s team in the delivery of industry expertise and solutions tailored to meet client needs. 

Prior to joining Bank of America in 2019, Mallorie was in a similar role at U.S. Bank in Los Angeles, California.  Mallorie graduated from University of Missouri – Columbia, with a B.S. in Business Administration, emphasis in Finance & Banking.

Juli Van Hook

Head of Sponsor Finance Lending

Juli joined Stifel Bank & Trust in March 2016 to start the Sponsor Finance Lending business for the bank.  As the Head of Sponsor Finance Lending, she has been responsible for building out this lending vertical for the bank.  The Sponsor Finance team looks to partner with middle market private equity firms as they purchase companies and provide a portion of the debt capital needed for those transactions.  Juli now manages offices in St. Louis, Chicago, and Dallas.  The team has made approximately $3.5B in commitments since the group’s inception. Juli also has led the development of Stifel Bank’s private credit strategy through the Joint Venture partnership with Lord Abbett that the bank entered in April 2024. This new private credit capability bolsters the types of deals that Stifel Bank can consider alongside its valued client base.

Previously, Juli was a Senior Vice President at U.S Bank and its predecessor companies in the Sponsor Finance Lending Group. 

Juli earned a BA in International Business with a minor in Accounting from Illinois State University and a MBA from Lindenwood University.

Juli serves as the Treasurer of the St. Louis chapter of the National Kidney Foundation.  She also is involved with the Young Men’s Service League, which is an organization of mothers and sons serving philanthropies in the St. Louis area.  Juli also is part of the National Charity League, an organization that encourages community service and volunteering opportunities for mothers and their daughters.

Kelsey McGonigle

Kelsey is a partner at UB Greensfelder. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the middle-market space. She is often engaged to assist on both buy-side and sell-side matters in the manufacturing, distribution, technology, and health care industries, among others. In addition, she advises clients on a wide range of business matters, including commercial finance, commercial contract review, entity formation, succession planning, and general outside counsel advice.

Kelsey is admitted to the bar in Missouri. She earned her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from William & Mary Law School in 2013, where she received the Order of the Coif and served on the William and Mary Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Tulsa in 2009.

As a member of ACG St. Louis Advisory Board, she currently serves as Secretary and Emerging Leaders Committee Chair.

Bridget is a Private Equity Associate at Capital For Business ® (CFB). Since joining the team in 2023, her responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing and underwriting various platforms and add-on acquisitions in the industrial lower-middle market. In her responsibilities, she enjoys fostering long-term relationships in the M&A community. Prior to CFB, Bridget worked in commercial lending and treasury services at Commerce Bancshares, Inc., CFB's limited partner. She is a graduate of Westminster College in Fulton, MO, and obtained her bachelor’s degree in finance. Bridget is also a member of ACG St. Louis and was recently named to its Emerging 20 Program for 2025.

Shana is a member of the Forvis Mazars St. Louis tax team. She joined Forvis Mazars in 2014. She has more than 10 years of experience in the tax industry and delivers a variety of tax and consulting services to business and individual clients. She serves as director for several financial institution clients as well as real estate entities and high-net-worth individuals. She works closely with corporations and partnerships of various sizes.

She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. Active in the St. Louis Community, she serves on the board of North Side Community School, a charter public school serving urban neighborhoods.

Shana has a passion for learning as well as instructing tax and serves as an internal instructor to interns and new hires within the department.

She is a 2013 graduate of University of Missouri, Columbia, with an M.S. degree in accountancy and a certification in taxation.
