Ryan is a Vice President at Truce Capital Advisors and has been with the firm since its founding at the beginning of 2024. Truce Capital Advisors is an investment bank specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions advisory services focused on transactions between $10 million and $200 million.

Prior to joining Truce, Ryan spent three years working for a large private equity-backed platform (BrightView) where he led seven acquisitions. Prior to BrightView, he worked for Liberty Hall Capital Partners, a private equity group with ~$550 million in assets under management. Prior to Liberty Hall, Ryan worked as an investment banking analyst at Harris Williams where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions advisory services for businesses between $100 million and $1 billion.

Leon is an innovative and forward thinking corporate and business attorney. He focuses his practice on business law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters. Leon has worked with a wide range of clients, from startups and nonprofit organizations in the earliest stages of formation to established Fortune 500 companies. His counsel for clients includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance, and leading multi-faceted deal teams in due diligence efforts. His experience also includes both international and domestic transactions, which includes providing counsel to international clients entering the United States market and assisting in cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Leon served as a senior global security investigator and interim manager of international investigations at a Fortune 100 company, where he gained extensive knowledge on international OFAC compliance and vendor/contingent resource compliance and governance matters.

At J.P. Morgan Private Bank, JT specializes in helping successful individuals and families achieve what they envision. His team provides coordinated solutions to my clients across investments, trust and estate planning, specialized lending, banking, and philanthropic giving. He frequently works with privately-held business owners, multi-generational families, family offices and corporate executives to develop strategies to accomplish their goals. His practice frequently incorporates pre-transaction planning, considerations surrounding liquidity events, multi-generational gifting, and philanthropy. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, JT attended Mississippi State University, where I was twice named as an NCAA D1 Academic All-American in Track & Field.

A Managing Director with Valuation Research Corporation, Jacquelyn Marsac specializes in business enterprise valuations and intangible-asset valuations. Additionally, she completes

valuations of financial instruments including preferred and common stock in complex structures for publicly and privately held companies.
