12:30 pm – 1:30 pm – Group Lunch on the Mountain at Private Parallax Club at McCoy’s
1:30 pm – 3:30 pm – Race from top of Fascination Trail
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm – Apres Party – Golf Simulation/coffee bays
6:30 pm – Dinner at The Brasserie.

8:00 am – Networking and Speaker - Tom Hodges, VP, Planning and Development, Mammoth
9:00 am – Hit the slopes!
12:00 – 1:30 pm – Hosted Lunch at The Mill Cafe and ski for the rest of the day!
Lodging
Discounted Accommodations at the Village Lodge are Available. Please book your own accommodations. Call 1-800-MAMMOTH (1-800-626-6684) before February 6, 2024, and reference group discount ‘ACG 2024’ or Booking ID 34415.
One-bedroom condos are $305/night and $279/night (plus $20 resort fee) on Sunday and Monday respectively, and $375/night (plus $20 resort fee) Friday and Saturday night, if arriving early.
Two-Bedroom Condos are $449/night and $419/night (plus $20 resort fee) on Sunday and Monday respectively, and $569/night (plus $20 resort fee) Friday and Saturday night, if arriving early.
