John Ayers

John is a passionate and experienced cyber entrepreneur and leader with over 11 years of running REDLattice, a software development company that delivers custom cyber solutions for their clients' business challenges. He has a strong background in cyber research and development, vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and malware analysis, as well as business development, customer relationship management, and process improvement.

As the Founder and CEO of REDLattice, John is responsible for defining the strategy, vision, and culture of the company, as well as leading a team of talented and dedicated engineers and developers. He also mentors and advises other start-ups and looks for opportunities to help them grow and succeed. John holds an MBA from Duke University, a certificate in National and International Security from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, and a BA from the University of Virginia. He is a recognized business and civic leader in the DC region, having been selected by Leadership Arlington as one of "40 under 40" in 2014.
