He has an extensive background in building organizations from ground up, global expansion and scale. He has also been part of several acquisitions and integration. He has Successful PE portfolio buy / sell experience with Vector capital  (3X MOIC with RAE systems, sold to Honeywell at 15X EBITDA, $340M) and roll up (Lumasense $70M backed by Oak Investments). 10+ years P&L responsibility at Honeywell measurement & control business and delivered disruptive growth through Connected Worker at Honeywell Safety. He has corporate development experience at Republic Services to enable new market transformation to plastics circularity, renewable energy. Four active board positions. He is  strategic, operationally savvy, and an inspiring executive with technology and operational experience in growth equity backed companies. Prabhu has held several executive roles in Fortune 100 companies,Venture Capital, Private Equity backed companies in General management,marketing, sales, technology, and commercial excellence.
