Zorian Rotenberg

Zorian is a PE Operating Partner at Charlesbank Capital and specializes in tech Commercial, GTM & Revenue Growth. He has been a CRO at several mid-market SaaS companies, driving profitable growth from $20M to $100M+ ARR. He began his career as in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) where he worked on $100+ Billion of M&A and financings transactions. He also worked in VC/PE on investment teams and as an Operating Partner. Zorian has been a speaker at Private Equity International (PEI), at Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), SaaStock, and The Conference Board and he has also contributed to the WSJ, CRO Insights, as well as to Salesforce.com and Hubspot on best practices of GTM and revenue growth for PE-backed growth stage and middle-market portfolio companies. Zorian has a degree in Finance with minors in Applied Mathematics & in Computer Science from Lehigh University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
