As a private-equity backed CEO or CFO, executing your growth strategy hinges upon assessing, refining, on-boarding and developing a management team that is poised for growth.

April's peer only Private Equity Backed Company Network program incorporates a balance of benchmarked data, proven strategies on assessing leadership competency and interaction with other PE-backed CEOs and CFOs for a powerful afternoon of learning and engagement.

Central topics of learning and discussion:

Gain insight into 20 years of benchmarked data on high performance management teams in the context of rapid growth environments.

Understand How the PE Sponsor:
  • Assesses management dynamics & competencies relative to the pre-investment opportunity
  • Measures you and your team, post investment, in the context of value creation/growth
  • Identifies & plans to address gaps in management competencies and what to do when you disagree.

Take a deep dive into organizational development and understand the:

  • Current business growth environment in which your portfolio company is operating
  • Critical competencies your team needs to succeed for your business environment and how it's benchmarked against your peers
  • Changing environment - as you grow organically or through acquisition, how will your company's environment and competency needs change?
  • Perspective & real-life experiences through group interaction and hands-on exercises.

Take Aways:
