Stephanie Leffler

OneSpace
CEO & Co-Founder

Stephanie Leffler has led multiple successful software startups. Most recently Leffler co-founded OneSpace, a virtual workforce platform that brings businesses in need of flexible, scalable talent together with freelancers seeking assignments that match their skillsets. OneSpace works with 14 of the top 30 online retailers and 3 of the top 10 publishers on the internet.

In 2013, Leffler was awarded Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist recognition for the outstanding success of Juggle.com, which she founded in 2008 with her business partner Ryan Noble. Juggle began as a  reference resource and has grown into a network of websites covering thousands of topics, serving 70,000,000 unique visitors since its 2009 launch.

In November of 2009, Juggle built a crowdsourcing platform to support their content creation and publishing efforts. This platform served the company’s needs until June of 2011 when the company launched it to the public, and OneSpace (formerly CrowdSource) was born.

Prior to OneSpace, Leffler and Noble, business partners since college, started MonsterCommerce, an ecommerce platform that grew to serve over 8,000 small businesses. MonsterCommerce's annual sales exceeded 20 million, supported by a staff of more than 200.

MonsterCommerce was voted a SIIA Codie Award finalist for Best E-Commerce Software, recognized as the Fastest Growing Private Company in St. Louis by St. Louis Business Journal and chosen as one of St. Louis’ Top 50  Businesses by STL Commerce Magazine.

Leffler spearheaded the sale of MonsterCommerce to NetworkSolutions, an internet pioneer, where she was SVP of Channels & Partners until departing to found Juggle.com and subsequently OneSpace.com  (formerlyCrowdSource.com).
