Emotional Intelligence and Your Path to Leadership

Based on popular demand, ACG University is offering alumni events to facilitate valuable networking and focused dealmaking among our 7 years of class graduates! We hope you'll join us for this limited space event.
Research shows that Emotional Intelligence is among the most important skills that sets great leaders apart from the rest. Even more important, according to a recent Harvard Business School Review, in top tier jobs Emotional Intelligence is at least 2x as important as technical skill or IQ in predicting success and is positively correlated with significantly better bottom line results.
Join us for an afternoon interactive session to learn about the role of emotional intelligence in the workplace, including:
- developing self-awareness and regulation for clarity
- understanding the role of empathy & motivation on teams
- considering the impact of your emotions
- managing social skills and workplace relationships
