Amy Dalton

Amy Dalton is the Chief Performance Officer at Two Six Technologies, where she leads efforts to enhance organizational performance and ensure alignment with the company’s mission to support and strengthen national security. With a distinguished background that includes 10 years of service as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army, Amy brings a unique perspective on leadership, discipline, and mission-focused execution to her role.

Following her military career, Amy transitioned into the defense industry, where she has spent the past 14 years helping to advance critical initiatives in support of American defense and security missions. Her extensive experience spans both operational and strategic roles, with a focus on fostering innovation, driving high-performance teams, and delivering results that directly impact national security priorities. Amy has led operations for companies both large and small, including Sierra Nevada Corporation, ITT Excelis, and most recently IST Research Corporation.

In addition to her broad program management experience, Amy has expertise in digital transformation, with a particular focus on integrating open-source information with sensitive data sources in the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and Special Operations. She has successfully executed and delivered large-scale programs to government agencies, playing a pivotal role in modernizing processes and enhancing data interoperability.
