Since assuming the role of CEO in 2006, Mr. Montoni has transformed MAXIMUS into a leading, global health and human services provider to governments. During this transformation, the Company

• divested and exited several non-core business lines;
• directed its focus on the administration of government health and human services programs;
• implemented several key operational changes to optimize business operations, increase profitability and drive shareholder value.

Mr. Montoni is Chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Corporate Fund Board for the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. He holds a B.S. in economics from Boston University and an M.A. in accounting from Northeastern University. He is a member of the Dean’s Executive Committee of the Northeastern University D’Amore-McKim School of Business.
