Jack Hughes most recently served for 6 years as EVP and CFO of Alion Science and Technology Corporation, where he assisted in growing the company from 200MM to 750MM in annual revenues thru 11 major acquisitions. His career includes Senior Vice President and CFO at BTG where he directed its IPO and closed 6 major acquisitions. Prior to BTG, he was a senior executive with ManTech International, where he helped grow the company from 4MM to 200MM thru 14 acquisitions. Jack has been the Chairman of Altus Board of Advisors since 2002 and worked with Altus as a consultant prior to that time.

 

Jerry Huskins  has 33 years of experience in technology services, product development, business process modeling and strategic finance; Extensive knowledge of member-based organizations; One of the first 50 Salesforce Certified Consultants; Co-Founder and President of Astadia, Inc 500 # 83 Fastest Growing Companies in the US in 2007

 

Tim Meyers has been a senior executive, managing partner, founder, entrepreneur, board member, senior advisor, workout specialist, and fund raiser for nearly three decades. He has principal investing experience in private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and other financial instruments. Operating in various roles, such as Managing Director, Partner, President, CFO, and Chairman of Investment Committees, Tim has managed large diversified portfolios for endowments, family offices, and corporate pension funds. As principal he created new private equity, hedge, and real estate funds. He has raised more than 500M in equity and debt and led dozens of direct investments. As board member and management team member he has helped build companies and led M&A activities.
