This registration page is specifically for Private Equity Groups to exhibit in the Private Equity Marketplace at the ACG Maryland Deal Forum Conference on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.  Your 2 day conference ticket is for 2 individuals and includes access to the Deal Source on Tuesday, May 23, 201

 
As a Private Equity Marketplace exhibitor, your company will receive:
 
  • Exclusive access to one-on-one meetings with investment bankers at Deal Source [These meetings will be scheduled approximately one month prior to the Deal Forum Conference by the Investment Bankers].NOTE: ONLY Private Equity Groups who exhibit in the Private Equity Marketplace will have the EXCLUSIVE access to Investment Bankers who purchase a booth for Deal Source.  The meetings are scheduled by the Investment Bankers in 20 minute intervals.  
  • Skirted table, two chairs and signage at the Private Equity Marketplace.
  • 2 complimentary registrations for the two-day Deal Forum Conference inclusive of tickets to the Cocktail Reception at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.    

 

Registration Rates

Early Bird through April 3, 2017: 1,150
Standard Rate after April 3, 2017: 1,350

 Private Equity Groups that are interested in exhibiting in the Marketplace will have the option to opt out.   

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Each Private Equity Group exhibitor is entitled to TWO conference and cocktail reception registrations.

 

You must have a login.

ACG Members: Please use the email address associated with your account.  Your password remains the same.

Non-Members: You will need to set up an account to register for events. This takes only a few minutes and will provide for faster registration for future events. Use your email for your username and enter a password. You will use this to register for all ACG events going forward.

 

TO PAY BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD

Once you are logged in, fill in your information. If the system populates your information, you may update it at this point. Under Registrant Information, you MUST choose Registrant Type "Exhibitor" from the drop down menu. Under Event Fees, you must click ONE price.Click Add To Cart on bottom.To register another individual [non-member]Click on Save and Add Guest.Enter their name and contact information.Under Registrant Information, you MUST choose Registrant Type "Additional Registrant/Guest/Spouse" from the drop down menu.Under Event Fees, you must click Private Equity Marketplace-Maryland.Click Add to Cart at bottom of page.Under Payment Information, chose your method of payment from the drop down. Enter your check or credit card information & then click Continue on the bottom of the screen.Review your registration and then click SUBMIT ORDER on bottom right.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Conference Attendees: A conference cancellation made prior to 30 days of the event
will receive a full refund for the ticket price less a 50 administrative fee.
A cancellation made within 30 days of the start of the event will not be refunded. 
Reception and Ball Game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards: Tickets to the reception and ball game cannot be transferred to another individual. 

Deal Source and Private Equity Marketplace Exhibitors: The purchase price for an exhibit cannot be refunded within 30 days of the event. Cancellations prior to 30 days before the event will incur a 50 administrative fee.
 

 

TRANSFER POLICY

Registration Transfer: If you are unable to attend the conference and would like to
transfer your registration to another individual, please contact ACG Maryland
no later than ONE WEEK PRIOR to the event*. A registration transferred to
another individual will apply to BOTH DAYS of the event. An additional fee may
apply if the transfer is made between from a member to a nonmember. *A registration substitution within 7 days prior to the event may result in an administrative fee of 25.
 

 

SPLIT-TICKET POLICY

A conference registration cannot be split between two individuals [IE: each individual planning to attend one day or one activity within the event]

Marketplace Registration:  $1,350.00

  • Full complimentary registration for the 2 day conference for 2 individuals from your organization.
  • Admission to the evening networking event at Camden Yards as the Orioles take on the Minnesota Twins. 
  • Access to the DealSource meetings on May 23rd. 
  • Exhibit table for the Marketplace on May 24th.
