Deal Forum
This registration includes a ticket to the May 23, 2017 - Baltimore Orioles vs. Minnesota Twins 1 Mega Networking Event in 4 Corporate Suites, all while enjoying the game. This registration is ONLY for those Investment Bankers seeking to participate in prescheduled meetings with Private Equity Groups registered in the Marketplace.
As a Deal Source exhibitor, your company will receive:
·Skirted table and signage
·Complimentary registration for the two-day Deal Forum Conference [This
includes the reception and ballgame at Oriole Park at Camden Yards]
·20-minute meetings with Private Equity Marketplace exhibitors. These meetings
will be scheduled by you, the Investment Banker, approximately one month prior
to the Deal Forum Conference.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
As a Deal Source Participant you may purchase another registration from your company for the discounted rate as follows: 325 until April 3, 2017 and 375 after April 3.
See “To register another individual” below for directions on how to add the additional registrant.
You must have a login to register.
ACG Members: Please use the email address associated with your account. Your password remains the same.
Non-Members: You
will need to set up an account to register for events. This takes only a few minutes
and will provide for faster registration for future events. Use your email for
your username and enter a password. You
will use this to register for all ACG events going forward.
PAYMENT
Once you are logged in, fill in your information. If the system populates your information, you may update it at this point.
- Under Registrant Information, choose Registrant Type "Exhibitor" from the drop down menu.
- Under Event Fees, you must click ONE price.
- Click Add to Cart on bottom.
To register another individual [for an additional fee]:
- Click on Save and Add Guest.
- Enter their name and contact information.
- Under Registrant Information, choose Registrant Type "Additional Registrant/Guest/Spouse" from the drop down menu.
- Under Event Fees, you must click ONE price.
- Click Add to Cart at bottom of page. Under Payment Information, chose your method of payment from the drop down. Enter your credit card or check information & then click Continue on the bottom of the screen. Review your registration, then click SUBMIT ORDER on bottom right.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference Attendees: A conference cancellation made prior to 30 days of the
event will receive a refund less a 50 cancellation fee. A cancellation made
within 30 days of the start of the event will not be refunded.
Reception and Ball Game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards: Tickets to the reception and ball game cannot be transferred to another attendee. They are only for the individual registered for Deal Source.
Cancellation Fee: An administrative cancellation fee of 50 will be assessed for all cancellations.
TRANSFER POLICY
Registration Transfer: If you are unable to attend the conference
and would like to transfer your registration to another individual, please
contact ACG Maryland no later than ONE WEEK PRIOR to the event. A registration
transferred to another individual will apply to both days of the event. An
additional fee may apply if the transfer is made between members to nonmembers.
*A registration substitution within 7 days prior to the event may result in an
administrative fee of 25.
SPLIT-TICKET POLICY
A conference registration cannot be split between two individuals [IE: each individual planning to attend one day or one activity within the event].

The most cost effective way for Investment Bankers to attend Deal Forum.
Included:
- Full complimentary registration for the 2 day conference.
- Admission to the evening networking event at Camden Yards as the Orioles take on the Minnesota Twins.
- During the Deal Source, a private meeting table with signage for your scheduled 20 minute meetings with Private Equity attendees.
- Reduced rate for 2nd attendee from your organization of $375.00, includes ballgame and reception.
