Who can attend M&A SoCal? M&A SoCal is open to everyone and all types of business professionals are welcome to attend. Programming and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity leaders, investment bankers, operating partners, corporate strategic acquirers, lenders, privately-held business owners and service providers.

While ACG members benefit from a discounted registration rate, M&A SoCal is open to members and non-members.

Please note: you must be 21 years or older to attend official M&A SoCal conference events/activities.
What's Included in your Registration? Registering for M&A SoCal includes:
- Access to the ACG meeting scheduling tool: 'Access'
- Monday 3/16 - Welcome Reception
- Tuesday 3/17 - Breakfast & Lunch breakfast, snacks and beverage service throughout the conference, and admission to programming sessions
- Wednesday 3/18 - Breakfast and admission to programming sessions
- ACG Members will receive the RSVP list
How to host as DealSource Table There are several options available for hosting a table during DealSource, which include Sponsorship, ACG Deal Tables and Dedicated Tables.

Sponsorship – Most M&A SoCal sponsorships include a table in DealSource and/or within the host hotel. Additional sponsorship benefits vary by level. There are no eligibility requirements to sponsor M&A SoCal. Contact Matt De Miglio, mdemiglio@acg.org, for more information.

ACG Deal Tables – One complimentary table in DealSource is included when you register as an Investment Banker for sell-side bankers only. A limited quantity is available.

Dedicated Tables – Available for purchase through registration, this is your reserved meeting space in DealSource for the duration of the conference. These tables include seating for four guests with beverages available throughout the day. There is a limited quantity of tables, so be sure to reserve early.
Does DealSource offer a companion rate? We do NOT have a special companion rate for companion/spouse registrations. All guests must register at the full conference rate.
How can press register? Members of the media interested and eligible to obtain press registrations should contact Matt De Miglio, mdemiglio@acg.org, to register.
Are group discounts available? Group pricing is available to Private Equity and Investment Bank firms registering three or more colleagues from the same firm. After the first two Investment Bank or Private Equity representatives complete their registrations, each additional attendee from the same firm will cost only $395. There is no group discount for general attendee registrations.
What is the M&A SoCal cancellation policy? Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, are available through September 6, 2024. For cancellations taking place on September 7, 2024 or later, tickets may be transferred to another colleague of the registrant's choice. No refunds offered after September 7, 2024.
Where should I stay? Where is the host hotel? How do I book a hotel room? Make the most of your experience at M&A SoCal by staying on property at The Beverly Hilton, the hub of conference activity and networking opportunities. Guests must first register for M&A SoCal before having access to the negotiated room rates in the official ACG hotel block at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. One guestroom may be reserved per M&A SoCal attendee (hotel reservation name must match M&A SoCal registrant name).

What is the dress code? The dress code for M&A SoCal is business casual.
What are the add-on events

The following add-on events are not included:
- Intuit Dome Experience
- Next Gen DJ Party @ Hideaway
- M&A SoCal Premiere Party

Individual registration for each event is required and are first come, first serve. Please note some of the events have limited quantity and may sell out.

Active Registration to M&A SoCal is required to be eligible to participate in any off the add on experiences.
