ACG - Holland Growth Awards 2023 is a wrap! Another fabulous evening despite the torrential rain that opened the proceedings - great sponsors, great speeches and inspiring individuals. Innovation Award 2023:

Winner: Fortino Capital acquires a majority stake in whistleblowing platform People InTouch

A slick, thought-provoking pitch from Raymond Canisius was enough to persuade the audience to vote for their whistle-blowing platform 'Speak Up' as winners of the ACG - Holland Innovation Award 2023. Best ACG Holland Advisor 2023:

All our nominees are winners but this year congratulations goes to Frank Verbeek from IMPROVED Corporate Finance for winning the members vote for Best ACG - Holland Advisor of 2023! Closing a deal is important but it's the people behind the deal that are even more important and it's great to be able to celebrate these individuals. 

Deal of the Year Award 2023:

Winning deal: Sale of Franke Media to digital publishing group PubTech, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity by its founder

And on to the climax of the ACG - Holland Growth Awards evening  ..... The award for the Best Deal of the Year 2023 went to Franke Media (advised by DEX international M&A) for their sale of the business. Having started the business at only 18 years of age the audience was amazed to learn that just 10 years later Franke Media had turned into such a success story. Many thanks to TIC Advisory | Financial Due Diligence for sponsoring the award and Ralph Hoogerhuis for presenting it. Congratulations to all involved!
