JLT & Atlas Tax Networking Event

Dear members and guests of ACG Holland 

We are pleased to invite you to attend our next networking event & panel discussion which will be held on 6th February at the offices of Atlas. The event is kindly hosted by Atlas and JLT. 

This session will focus on the growing use of tax insurance in M&A deals. In the panel discussion led by Sjoerd Douma (Professor Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam), Dawn Bhoma (tax underwriter at Travelers), Boudewijn Niels (tax partner at Atlas) and Joris Broeren (tax broker at JLT) will discuss how tax insurance can bring substantial value to your transaction, also post-closing. We will address general topics such as timing, pricing and process as well as lessons learned from real-life cases. Naturally feedback and questions from the audience are invited as well.
