Join us for ACG Holland's seventh annual Growth Awards on the 20th June 2023, during which we will recognise the achievements and contribution of member companies and individuals who have demonstrated leadership in their field.

In addition to the nominees, guests and event sponsors we will be welcoming our special guest, Esther van der Voort, who will be presenting the awards.

THE AWARDS ARE:

1) Best PE / VC Firm Exit Award 2023 - recognises the PE or VC Firm who has achieved the best exit in a mid-market M&A transaction in the Netherlands. Sponsored by Greenberg Traurig.

The nominations are:

- Newport Capital - Sale of Cow Hills Retail to DL Software

- CIRE Invest - Sale of Facility Trade Holding to OptiGroup by CIRE Invest (advised by DEX international M&A)

2) Innovation Award 2023 - recognises the company or deal showing exceptional creativity and talent while having significant positive impact on their region, community or a sustainable development goal. Sponsored by Zuidbroek Notarissen.

3) Best ACG Holland Advisor Award 2023 - recognises the advisor who has achieved significant success in mid- market M&A transactions in the Netherlands.

4) Deal of the Year Award 2023 - recognises the most impressive corporate middle market deal in the Netherlands. Sponsored by TIC Advisory.

- Axelera - European chip start-up Axelera raises USD 50 million in series A financing round

- Bolster Investment Partners - Bolster Investment Partners acquires a majority stake in SelektHuis

- DEX International M&A - Sale of Franke Media to digital publishing group PubTech, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity by its founder (advised by DEX international M&A)
