Overview of Florida ACG Capital Connections: PE/IB Marketplace, Sponsor Lounge, and Attendee Deal Lounge (Thursday, November 14, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, November 15, from 8:00 AM to NOON)

All ACG Capital Connections and Conferences present numerous opportunities for private equity firms, intermediaries, family offices, and strategic acquirers to network and explore potential deals.

At the Florida Capital Connections event, we feature a 1.5-day "open" PE/IB Marketplace where exhibitors (those with a designated table) can connect with other exhibitors, sponsors and general attendees. Participation in the Florida ACG PE/IB Marketplace is limited to:

• Investment bankers
• Private equity firms
• Strategic acquirers
• Family office professionals
• Select lenders active in supporting middle-market acquisitions

Additionally, we offer a Sponsor Lounge for our valued partner firms and an Attendee Lounge with tables for impromptu meetings. Each exhibitor and sponsor will have a numbered table for easy identification, and our scheduling tool, ACG Access, facilitates the arrangement of 20-minute one-on-one meetings.

Furthermore, on Thursday, November 14, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, our PE/IB Marketplace will be transformed into the Capital Connection themed "Viva La Fiesta: A Latin Extravaganza." During this event, exhibitors will be present at their tables, ready to connect with those who were unable to schedule a meeting in advance, all while celebrating the vibrant cultures of Latin America with music, food, and cocktails.

ACG Florida intends to provide the attendee list, complete with contact details, to exhibitors and sponsors during the week of October 7th. General attendees will receive this information on October 16th, allowing everyone sufficient time to connect and arrange their meetings.
