The Outlook for Middle-Market M&A in 2023 (Webinar)

Danielle Fugazy is a journalist, regularly covering M&A, private equity, lending, banking and the bond market. She has been covering the financial markets for more than 20 years. She originally started her career writing for Thomson Reuters and works regularly ACG’s Middle Market Growth, ACG Middle Market Executive and other publications.

David Dunstan leads Citizens M&A Advisory Industrials practice.  He has more than 30 years of experience advising middle market companies in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising across a wide range of industries.  Prior to joining Citizens, he was the President of Western Reserve Partners, a boutique middle-market M&A firm, Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets investment banking division and Manager of McDonald Investments’ Consumer Investment Banking practice.

Gavin Slader leads M&A and is head of Investment Banking at JMP Securities, a Citizens Company, actively engaged in technology, healthcare, financial services, real estate, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining JMP, Gavin was a senior banker in the technology, media and telecommunications investment banking group at UBS Investment Bank.  He previously held investment banking roles at Piper Jaffray & Co., Credit Suisse First Boston, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions throughout.
