Planning for the Corporate Growth Summit

Your health & safety while attending the Summit is important to us.

We will follow applicable AHS guidelines adapting our plans as needed and sharing with attendees and sponsors in a timely manner. Our priority is to provide attendees with a safe, comfortable place where you can feel confident returning to in-person dealmaking. 

Masking

As of Feb 15th, the municipal bylaw requires masks to be worn. 

Food and beverage requirements: 

• Guests may only remove their masks to eat or drink when seated or standing at a standing table. If they are sitting/standing at their table talking after their food/beverage, they should have their mask on.
• Guests must remain at their seated or standing table and not mingle with people at other tables.

Conference Area and Meeting Space

Meeting space will be set to allow social distancing. We will follow AHS regulations.

The Summit is being held in Hall D that can accommodate 500 + people.
