Demystifying the Term Sheet: Deal Study Data vs. Local Experience

The panel for this luncheon program will include expert legal, accounting and investment banking representation.  The discussion will focus on M&A deal studies from various parties (SRS, ABA) and how those results comport with prior studies and the professionals' individual experiences.  The panel will provide context of the legal, account, and economic provisions that are the center and anatomy of any deal.  The panel will discuss what "market" is for particular terms and when terms vary (or should vary) and explore current EBIDTA multiple levels and debt/financing structuring (e.g., how many turns on senior, mezz, etc.).
