According to Jeffries Equity Research, the worldwide total addressable market for all third party HCM/Payroll solutions was $91B in 2016, and is expected to grow to $113B in 2020. In the US alone, there is competitive intensity to capture market share. Locally founded Paycor is claiming their part, succeeding by offering well-designed software supported by best-in-industry customer service.
Stacey Browning, President of Paycor will provide financial insight on the HCM industry, the requirements of leadership at a fast growth company at scale like Paycor, and what’s lies ahead in this opportunity-rich landscape. Stacey was the 11th employee to join Paycor and today there are close to 1,500. Stacey’s responsibilities include the customer service operation, marketing, product development, information technology and strategic planning. Through her tenure, she’s led 3 major acquisitions, including the addition of Newton Software December 2015. Come hear learnings and best practices gained along the way.
