Mono Bhattacharya

RKCA
Partner

Mono focuses on advising and executing mergers and acquisitions, financing and restructuring transactions across a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining RKCA, he was the Director of Strategy & M&A at Convergys Corp, a global leader in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry with over $3 billion in revenue and more than 120,000 employees in over 40 countries.

While at Convergys, Mono implemented long-range corporate strategy through acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. This included executing over $2 billion of transactions across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia and overseeing the acquisitions of multiple business services and software companies, including Stream Global Services, Datacom, Ceon, BMI Asia and Intervoice.

He was also instrumental in executing a series of divestitures, including the sale of Convergys’ Human Resource Management (HRM), software billing / Information Management (IM), and Finance and Accounting (F&A) business units, which resulted in total transaction value exceeding $1 billion.

Mono joined RKCA to work on a personal level with family and founder-owned businesses to help them optimize their desired outcome. He leverages the M&A skill set he gained from doing international deals at scale to provide a differentiated service that greatly impacts private middle-market companies in the region.
