ACG's monthly member luncheons are the one meeting per month where you can efficiently network with Cincinnati's transaction ecosystem.  Attendance typically includes 100+ accountants, attorneys, bankers, consultants, investment bankers and various sources of capital from family offices to mezz debt to PE.  Topics are focused exclusively on some aspect of deal-making, often from business owners and corporate management who have completed successful deals driving corporate growth.

Andy Greenberg is Chief Executive Officer of Greenberg Variations Capital (GVC), an investment banking firm devoted to clients engaged in one-off or highly targeted transactions. GVC is based in Conshohocken, PA.

Andy’s prior experience was as a managing director with several middle-market investment banks. He has advised dozens of owner-managed private companies on transactions spanning the industrial & consumer, business services and health care services sectors. He serves on the board of a privately held chemical distributor.

He co-founded and ran GF Data®, the largest publisher of confidential data on private-equity backed transactions, prior to its sale to the Association for Corporate Growth in 2022.

Before his move to investment banking, Andy was the youngest Secretary of Commerce in the history of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He served in that position from 1991 to 1994.

Andy began his career with the law firm that is now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath. He has an A.B. from Brown University and a J.D. from Harvard University.

Andy has twice received the Alliance of M&A Advisors’ Thought Leader of the Year Award -- in 2014 and in 2022. He writes and speaks frequently on industry trends and practices, and is co-host of the Middle Market Musings podcast.

With more than 25 years of experience as a corporate and M&A attorney, Ashley has broad experience representing public and private companies on matters ranging from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to joint ventures, corporate governance and complex corporate transactions. He works with growing businesses across a broad range of industries, including automotive / mobility, manufacturing, consumer products and fast-food restaurants. He co-chairs the firm’s Automotive / Mobility national industry team and has extensive experience in the automotive industry, including advising clients on M&A, new manufacturing plants and plant expansion projects, electrification and electric vehicles, connected technologies, fuel cells, autonomous vehicles, technology acquisitions and licensing, supply chain matters, joint ventures and other collaborative relationships.

Ashley is recognized as a leading corporate and M&A attorney. He regularly speaks and writes on transactional legal issues and is active in the ABA’s M&A Committee where he serves as the Chair of Programs and Publications.

Ashley is the Partner-In-Charge of the Cincinnati office, serves on the firm’s Operating Group and is the former Business leader of the Cincinnati office.
