ACG Boston, the Boston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) announced that the ACG Boston board has elected three new members to its Board of Directors, strengthening the chapter’s leadership in investment banking, finance, corporate development and family offices. The new board members are Alan Fullerton, Partner, Mirus Capital Advisors; Gus Phelps, Vice President, Summit Partners; and John H. Silva, Director, Corporate Development, 3BL Holdings.

Nutter represented OSRAM, one of the world’s leading lighting manufacturers with headquarters in Munich, Germany, in its acquisition of Digital Lumens Inc., a Boston-based company that specializes in industrial Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. Adam Ghander and Alex Glovsky, partners in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department, led the Nutter deal team, which included Tom Powers and Meghan Kelly on corporate matters; Crescent Moran Chasteen, David Rubin, and Erin Whitney on employee benefits and labor matters; Elizabeth Norman on tax issues; Derek Roller on intellectual property matters; and Matt Ritchie on regulatory issues.
Joseph Sparacino heads the automotive aftermarket investment banking group at BB&T Capital Markets. With more than 15 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, he provides M&A transaction advisory services to private equity groups, their portfolio companies and other private and public companies.
