Guy Morrison

Guy Morrison is President & Employee Benefits Practice Leader for Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), where he is responsible for the planning and execution of the strategic vision for the Mid-Atlantic region. Guy sits on the region’s Executive Committee, and also serves on MMA’s national Employee Health & Benefits Executive Leadership team which is designed to drive both innovation and the strategic evolution of MMA’s value offerings. He continues to work closely with both mid-market and national employer groups to align their evolving challenges and opportunities to the broader Marsh McLennan Companies solutions platform.

Prior to joining MMA in 2010, Guy was President and CEO of Strategic Benefit Solutions (SBS), which he founded in 1998. Under his leadership, SBS sustained significant growth by developing industry-leading benefit cost management strategies including the development of a Population Health Management division focused on medical and pharmacy data analytics, value-based benefit design strategy, and improving the overall health of an employee population. Prior to founding Strategic Benefit Solutions, Guy held leadership roles at Aetna, US Healthcare, and CIGNA Healthcare where he gained valuable experience in the managed care and employee benefits arena. His responsibilities included planning and execution of benefit design strategies, provider networks, and pricing.
