Moderator Chris Rosselli has 20 years’ experience advising clients on a variety of corporate matters, including strategic transactions, mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, joint ventures and complex commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Chris served as a deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary of a Fortune 500 global flooring manufacturer. As a senior in-house lawyer, he obtained broad experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, public company reporting, finance transactions and global compliance. Chris frequently serves his clients in an outside general counsel capacity regarding these and other matters.
Chris approaches matters from the client’s point of view. He understands the importance of responsiveness, brevity and practicality in the lawyer-client relationship.
Chris formerly practiced as a partner in the corporate department of an AmLaw 50 law firm. He began his career as a teacher and coach at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta.
