The Final Installment: Anatomy of a Non-Control Investment
Join us for the third installment of the ACG Austin/San Antonio's 8th Annual Private Equity Two Step virtual event series. This one hour installment will feature a conversation with Seacoast Capital partner Tom Ley and DI-Overnight President Phil Nabal.
Seacoast Capital is unique in that it makes non-control investments in companies in order to provide capital for specific objectives. In 2018, Seacoast Capital made a significant investment in DI Overnight, a last-mile logistics provider, specializing in overnight, same day, and scheduled delivery services. Tom and Phil will reflect on their transaction and also discuss the nature of non-control investments and the value that such investments can provide to business owners that are in need of growth capital.
