Rob McGee

Rob McGee has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held positions in retail banking, commercial lending, and leveraged finance.  Rob currently serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Zions Bank’s Structured Finance Group, where he leads the bank’s origination of senior secured debt transactions to support the acquisition or recapitalization of middle market businesses in partnership with private equity sponsors.  Rob has led the bank’s involvement in more than 100 transactions aggregating well over $1 billion in direct commitments by Zions Bank.  Those transactions span a wide range of industry verticals including consumer products, food & beverage, automotive, aerospace, telecom, software / SAAS and travel & leisure (with a particular emphasis on ski resorts).  Rob holds an M.B.A. from the University of Utah and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Westminster College.
