Pasley came to Bullfrog with over 25 years of leadership within industry, including a 19-year career working with Jacuzzi Brands, where he managed the brands through 2 buyouts. His areas of focus include company culture, growth management, and achieving key financial metrics, with an unwavering passion on delivering the Bullfrog brand value proposition to all customers and a mission to create a peaceful life experience to all who enjoy and relax in their Bullfrog Spa. Pasley has led Bullfrog Spas to annualized top-line revenue growth greater than 25% and earnings growth greater than 45% year-over-year for the past 12 years. This passion for excellence carries through as he serves his local community and church and through to his love of family, friends, hiking, fishing, and personal development.
