Felix Morgan

Cotiviti, Inc.
Chief Financial Officer

“Being a successful financial executive requires strong business acumen, a drive for outcomes, and the ability to form a high-performing team. You need to develop strong disciplined leaders who get things done.”

Felix Morgan is a senior finance and operations executive who has consistently driven profitable growth for both public and private equity-owned multibillion-dollar Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies. His core strengths include improving profitability by building strong teams and continually improving operational processes to exceed customer expectations.

Within his first year of joining Verscend Technologies as Chief Financial Officer, Morgan led the financial execution of two major acquisitions, including its purchase of Cotiviti Holdings for nearly $5 billion, while overseeing public and private debt financing activities. He is responsible for overall financial performance of the company, now known as Cotiviti, Inc., leading oversight of its fiduciary, healthcare compliance, and planning operations.

After beginning his career in enterprise-wide system implementations in the technology sector, Morgan transitioned into financial leadership roles at several leading healthcare technology and services companies. He most recently served as CFO of population health solutions for Aetna, where he oversaw the strategic realignment of commercial facing technology business units. Previously, he held various global operational and financial leadership roles for Henry Schein, where he created new business segments and led them to profitability through organic growth, M&A, and international expansion. Morgan also served in FP&A and treasury leadership roles at Ancestry.com, where he was part of a team that led the company to a successful ownership change and eventual IPO.

Morgan earned his Master of Business Administration from Utah State University.
