A recent ACG survey shows that dealmakers anticipate an active but slightly cooler market after last year's M&A frenzy.
While investment professionals are continuing to sift through a robust pipeline of new and upcoming deals, some think that 2022 won’t be quite as busy as its predecessor. This could be a welcome change as 2021 was back-breakingly busy for private equity firms, lenders, their advisors and other market players.
