ACG Tennessee | The Fifth Domain of Leadership: Finding the balance between Managing and Leading

Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Mike Lerario has been a student and practitioner of leadership for nearly 40 years. A 1983 Graduate of the United States Military Academy, Mike served 23 years as an Infantry Officer before retiring from the Army in 2006. He deployed in combat operations with conventional and special operations forces, both as a soldier and as a civilian. He will speak on finding the fulcrum to develop the balance between leadership and management.
