Sally is an executive life coach and systemic team coach who guides leaders through major life and career transitions, helping them build resilience and reconnect with their authentic selves. Her global perspective, shaped by living across three continents before settling in Nashville in 2022, brings unique insight to her work, particularly drawing from her 15 years as a British expatriate in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. 

At the core of her practice lies a profound belief in the transformative power of being truly seen and understood. She recognizes that emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability are crucial elements in both personal and organizational transformation. This understanding, combined with her own rich experiences of community and connection, drives her commitment to paying it forward. 

Her holistic approach integrates systemic thinking for leaders, team coaching (TDE, STCP), and mental fitness (PQ) methodologies. Through her signature Mental Fitness bootcamp, she helps clients overcome self-sabotaging patterns and unlock their full potential. Her coaching partnerships focus on cultivating personal agency and courage, empowering clients to transform their productivity, wellness, and relationships. 

Sally brings a diverse professional background to her coaching practice, including early experience in TV and film media and a decade in ultra-luxury real estate. Now an ICF-accredited coach specializing in mental fitness and systemic team development, she draws inspiration from her adventures across 64 countries, including summitting Kilimanjaro and reaching Everest Base Camp.
