The Tampa Bay ACG Cup is a case study competition designed to give students from leading graduate programs across the country real world experience and invaluable insights into mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, financial advisory and private equity. Each case study provides students with a unique opportunity to present valuation, capital markets and M&A strategic advice to a panel of seasoned M&A professionals from within the ACG community. The competition is carried out through a series of intra-school and regional competitions, with regional winners awarded the prestigious ACG Cup title and cash awards.

Join ACG Tampa Bay on Thursday, March 30th as we hear from President & CEO of Creative Sign Designs, Jamie Harden. The meeting will follow the 8th Annual ACG Tampa Bay Cup Competition (held all day in downtown Tampa). Students that have participated in the Cup Competition will be in attendance at the meeting.
Founded in 1986, Creative Sign Designs, is a nationally recognized leader in custom interior and exterior signage. Their corporate headquarters is based from a 50,000-square -foot, integrated manufacturing facility in Tampa, Florida. They have the capacity and capability to execute large projects on a fast-track basis. Creative employs more than 150 people throughout the state of Florida with the majority based at its Tampa headquarters.
Creative Sign Designs has been named:
- Inc 5000 for Six Consecutive Years (2011-2016)
- Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in the 51-250 Employees category
- Tampa Bay Business Journal Fast 50 – Three Consecutive Years (2014-2016)
About Jamie Harden - The desire to establish permanent roots in the Tampa community, paired with the goal of acquiring and running a local business led Mr. Harden and his family to return to Tampa in April 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Harden was Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Group Market Executive for Bank of America. He served in this role from 1999 to 2005 in various locations including Los Angeles, Dallas and Kansas City. Prior to these positions with Bank of America, he was a Commercial Banking Group Team Leader in Tampa for NCNB/NationsBank from 1990 to 1999. While at Bank of America, Mr. Harden achieved a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Mr. Harden is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
